RETURNS POLICY

Each piece of jewellery will be sent in perfect condition. Please contact me within 2 days of receipt if received otherwise.

Please consider the measurements given & your choices carefully.

Returns are to be received back in original unworn condition within 10 days of receipt.

Most repairs are free of charge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

All jewellery is made by Helen Baynham.

All findings are 925 sterling silver or Karen Hill Tribe silver which is purer than sterling silver, unique & handmade with 98-99% silver content.

I use natural stones & materials & handmade beads in my designs, slight variations in colour is to be expected, but this adds to the originality of your piece of jewellery.

All coral is farmed sponge coral and not taken from nature.

I make every effort to represent colour accurately, however it is possible that colours shown may vary slightly from the actual product due to the variation in internet browser settings.

I will deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, effective way, should you have any complaints please contact hb@miosassi.co.uk
